    I appreciate the feedback from you guys. That is why I signed up for this forum. What do you recommend I double-check? I'm a manufacturing engineer, not a turbo expert ?. The truck runs perfectly, and the boost is on point. I just hit 16,000 miles.

    It's tough to explain, but the turbo pressure seems to release at a lower PSI, making this slight flutter-chipping noise when I let off the gas. I don't think it has anything to do with a vacuum line. I have an smart blow-off valve tomorrow, which I will install and see if this fixes the problem.

But while driving and multiple gas pedal releases, I get numerous blow-off valve noises that sound like angry Birds chirping. For today, I think I heard 3 to 4 chirps...
