Second thought even if I replied by PM how do I know they are legit. Has ANYONE ever recieved a bit of assistance from them?
Yep, worthless mentioned. Oh, we see you have a recall or you don't. Good Luck.

They don't help much, but if you spend a little time reading the forums, you'll see that sometimes they are able to assist in certain matters.

Beyond that, what difference does it matter if you post your VIN on the forums in a public place? People can literally walk up to your truck and read the VIN themselves. It's no different than people who black out their license plates on pictures of their vehicles. People acting like their VIN or license plate number is as confidential as their SSN or bank account numbers just crack me up!

I have a battery monitor (bluetooth, recommended by @Snakebitten) on the main battery and after not driving the truck for 2 days the monitor is reporting 12.43 volts. The battery monitor keeps a log and when I go back a few weeks it looks like the battery is always around 12.5v when the truck is off.

For the record, the dealer replaced my battery a year ago (took 3 service calls). They finally got the original battery to fail the tests after keeping the truck a few days. After replacing the battery they said they found a parasitic load and replaced a module (radio/audio I think). I don't know if that needed to be done, but the low voltage state went away and no problems since.

Keep in mind that the truck is always "on." Specifically, the computer control system is on and represents a load on the battery, even if expected to be small. The no load terminal voltage on my truck is 12.7VDC, so 12.5VDC seems a bit low unless its been a week or so. After getting some weird readings on the road (4 months after delivery) I replaced the OEM battery with an off the shelf NAPA battery. No issues since. I can only speculate as to the problem with Ford batteries, but replacing them with a non-Ford battery fixes nearly all problems. I've seen one case here where the replacement with a non-Ford battery didn't fix things. The Auxiliary batteries have not seemed so far to be in the mix for these problems. But note that they're in parallel with the main battery and could be part of the problems.

Do check that Auxiliary battery just to make sure it's not pulling things down after shutdown.
On my 2022, the auxiliary and the underhood battery are still the OEM at just less than 1000 days in service.

When I disconnect the auxiliary battery and let it rest for about 30 minutes, I discovered it was recovering to 12.9V
I say recovering because when connected in parallel, the resting voltage was about 12.5V, so that would indicate it is the underhood AGM that is showing the most wear&tear over the ~2.5 years.

By the way, I don't understand why your truck would be disabling features, for battery saving reasons, if your resting voltage was 12.8v. That's amazing.

I recently swapped the little 7AH auxiliary battery for a cheap Chinese LFP. Since it has its own BMS, it sucks up that DC/DC converter current and holds a higher resting voltage than the underhood AGM. So once the truck is shut down and both batteries go to resting state, the "tired" underhood AGM appears to be getting a nice assist from the little LFP.

You may have an issue with the BMS itself. Resting mine is in the 12.6 to 12.7 range and I don’t get any issues at all. Keep in mind that to measure the voltage you need to pop the hood, lock your doors and let the truck sit for at least an hour to allow all the relays to shut down. Until then any voltage readings will be artificially low because systems are still drawing power till they shut down. There will always be a minor draw for standby systems after that hour but not such that your point in time reading would be impacted.
