I have a 2021 F-150 hybrid with 27,000 miles on it. For the last few weeks, I have been noticing a lot of clicking noises from the drivetrain. I hear them mostly after shifting gears (park to drive, reverse to drive, drive to reverse) and at slow speeds while in electric only mode. You can't hear it with the windows up, only windows down. It doesn't always happen, and it isn't always at the same times. For example, sometimes I will hear a mechanical click noise when driving around a parking lot at around 5 mph, but it won't necessarily be connected to a gear shift or anything. It's almost like it's coming from the driveshaft or axles. I just had part of the rear axle replaced about a month ago for the recent recall, and my driveshaft was replaced and the hanging insulation was fixed right after I bought the truck as part of that recall.
Anyone else heard this in theirs? I don't notice any problems with driving the truck, its just new noises that have never been there before.
