2023 Powerboost Clicking and Creaking

Ok so I have a 23 PW that has approximately 12k miles and this week the truck has started clicking and creaking horrendously. It’s most noticeable in the lower gears. Scanning the forums seems to indicate this is a growing problem and likely my axle. I checked my Ford pass and it’s not listed as an open recall. Could this have been something the dealership looked at during my last service and cleared it, prior to it going bad? It also has been idling fairly rough, I’m not sure if it’s related or not. Has Anyone had their 23 included in the recall?

I don't know about the clicking/creaking, but my 23 PB idles rough quite often. Not really what you expect for a vehicle in this price range.
