Delivery Delayed / Re - scheduled.

I'm curious as to why my delivery has been delayed. It was built and shipped on 5/1 from Kansas, with a scheduled delivery of 5/14-5/20. My dealer said that it was in NY on 5/12. Last night I recieved an email from Ford, stating that delivery is now 6/7. I'm in NH, Is a 5 week delivery time normal ?

I can imagine one possibility.
They damaged it in transport.
I only say this because my truck was delivered with damage to the roof, causing it to leak the first good rain after delivery. A really poor repair was done, by someone, with a terrible repaint on the roof. The roof was sunk in a little when a replacement windshield was applied, and for about a ten inch long area, no contact was made with the sealant.
You never know.
Mine was in the shop for two months, getting a new roof.

I saw an 18 wheeler delivery truck going south bound from NH yesterday with new F-150's and a Bronco on it. I was hoping they had delivered my truck.
I'll just have to wait and see.

According to the order tracking system, my F-150 was shipped 5/12/2025 and delivered 5/21/2025. The only reason I know this is because I had to get the VIN from the live chat option on the website. I was told back in January when I placed the order, I would receive updates every 45 days.
I got nothing from Ford. I got nothing from the dealership either who has not answered my emails. Since it is supposed to have been delivered, let's see how long it takes for the dealership to let me know. I hope Ford built a good truck because their customer service sucks balls.

My 2025 King Ranch was ordered Sept 13, 2024, Ford kicked it out the back door Jan 3, 2025, that truck meandered through the US/Canada countryside until arriving at the Calgary rail yards on April 28, I picked it up May 13th.

You will get your truck, who knows when though.

That distance, I wouldn't imagine your truck is on a semi.

They said it happened during shipping.
If your car has to be repaired by a dealer it should show up on CARFAX.

My truck came by truck from KC plant to north of Winnipeg. About a 14 hr drive if Google Maps is correct

They said it happened during shipping.
If your car has to be repaired by a dealer it should show up on CARFAX.

If it was damaged in shipping, it's technically not the dealer's yet. That's what happened to mine.

Ford dictated when and where it could be taken to be re-painted.

In the same boat as you OP - Dealer in CT.
Wonder if we were on the same truck. No communication besides noticing the delivery pushed out 6/2-6/8 on the tracking website. Last Update was way back on 5/8.
It'll officially mark 1yr of waiting on 6/4. Crazy
