I got my 2025 F-150 RCSB 4X4 with the 5.0 Coyote in May 2025 and have driven it 6,000 miles so far. No complaints. Plenty of power. I mean, LOTS OF POWER. It's a nimble, agile truck too. Shifts well, handles well, just fun to drive. And unfortunately, I think it will be the last of the RCSB V8s...
It seems the Ford Motor Company is not aware of the number of dealerships that DO NOT offer these updates as part of their "mobile service". Like I've stated previously, there are NO dealerships in northern NJ that will do these recalls with a mobile service. (I have reached out to 6 of them.)...
Nice to see so many people still wanting the classic lines of a RCSB V8 truck!
I had to order it in January '25 and waited 4 months for delivery. Worth the wait. The Coyote is an awesome motor. I've driven it 5,000 miles so far and have not yet made upgrades yet. I'm still toying with the idea...
I bought the F-150 RCSB because it's the only V8 powered RCSB on the market. Even the "performance" Ford pickups (Raptors, Tremors and Lobos) are all 4-door trucks. And none of the other manufacturers are offering the short wheelbase except Chevy (but not with a V8). My previous truck was a 2012...
Yes if you're into RCSB trucks, and I am, this is the ONLY RCSB truck that comes with a V8. I ordered mine back in January '25 and got it in May. It's a very nimble and VERY fast truck. It came nicely equipped with the only upgrade option available plus I got 4WD. My only wish is that there were...
I was wondering the same thing. Isn't it easier just to pull the blocks out? My understanding from most who posted here is that they just removed the blocks and didn't need to change the shocks, bump stops or mess with the pinion angle. Even the stock U-bolts have enough threads for the nuts to...
OK. I'll throw the firecracker in the campfire.
Like many '25 F-150 owners, I've received notice of a couple of recalls. They are both software updates that can be done by a technician with a tablet and a scan tool. The Ford Motor Company sent an email extolling the virtues of mobile service...
Has anyone seen or used this product? Y-pipe into rear exit dual exhaust tail pipes. It's not a cat back system and it probably won't change the sound. But it looks like it
would give it that sportier look with having to deal with too much noise. Any opinions?
It attaches to the stock muffler...
As a cheaper and quieter alternative to cat back systems, I spotted this product available at Walmart online of all places. It's just a Y pipe exiting the stock muffler, splitting into 2 tail pipes.
The product description says it fits ALL wheelbases F-150 2021-2025 with a single exhaust.
I've...
Does removing the rear blocks on the 4X4 require swapping out the u-bolts with shorter 2WD ones? And the bump stops? Shocks? I've seen posts from guys who did all of that but I've also seen posts indicating all they did was remove the blocks.
Any suggestions?
My '25 RCSB 4WD came stock with 265/70R17 (Pirelli Scorpions). That's a width of 10.4 " and a side wall of 7". So with the 17" wheels, the wheel height is 31.6".
I'm thinking of keeping the stock wheels and the stock suspension and upsizing to 285/75R17 tire size. (11.2" wide, 8.4" side wall...
Love what you've done to it! I have the EXACT same truck without the mods (so far).
So question #1, what cat back system did you use? Loud or mellow?
#2, Did removing the blocks cause any pinion angle issues?
To add insult to injury, I get this email from Ford about how easy it is to have the factory recalls addressed by a "convenient" remote service option.
I've reached out to FIVE Ford dealerships in northern New Jersey so far and NONE of them offers this service with their remote service. Oil...
I'm still trying to find a Ford dealership in my area (northern NJ) that will do these software updates (recalls) with a mobile service. My experience so far:
Route 23 Auto mall (where I bought the truck, paid in full and purchased the extended warrantee) offers mobile repair service but only...
