2024 F-150 Single Cab Whipple Build

Hey guys thought I would start a build thread for what I am building. Picked up a 24 f150 4x4 single cab last weekend. Pulled the bumpers, grille, and door handles off on day 2 for paint matching. On day 3 I placed a nice order with Beefcake racing for all the good stuff:

*Whipple Stage 2.
* Ridetech 3/5 lowering kit.
*Ridetech traction bars and bags.
*SPD high flow cats.
*Vossen HF6-1. 20X9.5 Satin black.
*General UHP 295/50r20 tires.
*Magnaflow 12249 muffler.
*Vibrant ultra quiet resonator


I’ll try and post pics and updates as parts are installed. I’ve always wanted to build one of these and excited to see what this platform can do. Especially when tuning is available.

Stealth grey with a whipple.......I'm in damn it.

I've already told my wife that I'm probably making one of these my next pickup when my son graduates (he is a freshman). [checks watch impatiently]

The high flow cats aren’t cheap but I’ve heard horror stories of the stock cats melting with the Whipple & blowing the motor. You can also spend less on other lowering kits but I wanted the best ride quality and no squeaking and noisy parts.

Are the stories you’ve heard of the stock cats melting and blowing the motor from guys with Whipples who take their trucks to the track and race? Or normal daily drivers who occasionally love a good rev here or there?

I am looking at the SPD Y pipe for the same reason - insurance against melted cats. Did you end up going with the Alpha cats, or did Terry recommend stepping up to the GESI cats?

I just went with the alpha cats.
