ECU module programming guide using FDRS

Official I am concerned post. I’m a Mac guy so don’t know Windows PCs anymore. I’m in the middle of the IPMA module update. I set the PC to never sleep. Everything has been going great. Came back to check on the truck and screen is blank. Can’t wake it up. Afraid to toggle power button. It was in the middle of downloading blocks.
The Mingoose left side is green. Right side flashes red.

Dtaving off panic here. Any thoughts or guidance?

don’t panic. It will be recoverable. I would use the power button to try and wake the laptop. If it power cycles should be able to start the update again.

Wonder what would happen if I control alt delete reset and ran fdrs again?

not willing to do that until I know the correct steps or implications.

What is the RAM on the thing? I recently got a message while updating my TCU that RAM on the laptop needs to be 12GB or more, there was a possibility that FDRS might hang up.

Ok... I have my old laptop running Win 10. Firewall and antivirus turned off. I only load the bare minimum of start up programs on it. Only use it for programing my truck. You could have things running in the background that are taking CPU time and it can't send data to the video. I would just let it run as long as the red light on the Mongoose is flashing. That means the truck and laptop are talking.
