Thanks for the reminder!!

Just ordered my Extracare 6 yr/100K with $100 Ded for $785 (with FordPass points applied).

Absolutely the simplest process ever for getting an extended warranty! Best of all it wasn't worked into the financing of my truck to jack that monthly payment up.

So, am I correct in interpreting this from the Granger ESP brochure:

" Vehicles within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty • Eligible Ford and Lincoln vehicles that have New Vehicle Limited Warranty remaining at the time of purchase – coverage begins at the signature date and current mileage. Coverage ends at the earlier of the number of months purchased or the number of miles purchased from the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty "

My new vehicle limited warranty ends March 2026. Let's assume I will have 30k miles then. So, if I purchase a 10 year / 150k mile warranty, I'd be covered until March 2036 or 180k miles, whichever comes first? i.e. the extended warranty begins ticking once my new vehicle warranty expires, even if I purchase the extended warranty today. correct?
The time and total mileage starts from the in-service date of the vehicle. It doesn't get tacked on to the end of your current factory warranty. This is how all extended warranties work, including most dealer CPO plans.

Has anyone figured out a way to view the ESP warranty info yet since it was removed from the Ford website and the Ford Pass app?

I understand this as from the date you purchased your vehicle and you are "Extending" the warranty to the plan you pick, not adding to the current warranty.

I did 7yrs / 100,000 miles since I drive roughly 14,000 miles a year so by the 7th yr I should have 98,000 mile.

Can you add an item to an extended warranty after getting it? I am looking at adding car loaner/rental, whatever I saw listed.

Incorrect. If you buy a Ford Premium Care ESP for a used vehicle, the warranty starts when purchased, not when the vehicle was purchased.

I stand corrected in that case, but pretty sure this one starts at vehicke in-service date. And every CPO I've had (Volvo, Jaguar, and BMW) did the same. That is NOT the same as buying an aftermarket warranty on a "used car'.

Bought mine yesterday, already got email from Maria.
I called dealer where I bought truck since they have been sending letters saying warranty is about up..5/100k was $2900.
Went with Granger, 10/100k for $2045.
Simple process!!

So it is in addition to the factory warranty ? Which means it kicks in at the end of factory or ? Sorry, be gentle, it's my 1st time doing an ESP

Yes, it basically extends the factory warranty to the years/mileage purchased. (for the items listed/not listed)

Done. Got the 5/125k Premiumcare with key replacement and lighting. Converted my 92,000 Ford Pass points and got $450 off. Just the easiest system and the best pricing. So painless. My 3rd Granger ESP. Will never get one anywhere else.
When I looked premium care didn't have a 5/125 option. Time went up with miles and all the premium care options are 10 years

Personally, I don't need the miles. Probably do 10/100 or 10/85

Yes, I did the 10/100k, which made the year end in 2031. So the first 3 years were off. So 7/100K

The graphic is a little confusing. When you select 'Premium Care' vs 'Extracare' etc it changes ALL the price cells in the table based on items covered for that package. It is not only applying to the 10 year column (which it happens to be above).

I am in the same boat, I would buy an ESP on my assigned VIN today if I could, or some way to lock in todays price...
There is none. Since no credit check is done, purchasing is easy! As long as your vehicle is under 80k and 2014 or newer!
Is there not a way that You guys ( granger) have enought pull with Ford to allow those of us who are still waiting on build dates or delivery can pre buy the esp if we have a vin? seems several of us on this thread would give a credit card today to lock in the price as we continue to wait on our vehicles. thanks
