Is there not a way that You guys ( granger) have enought pull with Ford to allow those of us who are still waiting on build dates or delivery can pre buy the esp if we have a vin? seems several of us on this thread would give a credit card today to lock in the price as we continue to wait on our vehicles. thanks

I think the problem is even though you ordered it and you have a vin, You don't own the truck yet. What if the truck is damaged in route and can't be bought or you don't want it?

I ordered a truck and ended up buying a truck off the lot, after I had a vin.

The graphic is a little confusing. When you select 'Premium Care' vs 'Extracare' etc it changes ALL the price cells in the table based on items covered for that package. It is not only applying to the 10 year column (which it happens to be above).

Looking at premium care at 8y, 85k. I do around 7.5k a year

When I looked premium care didn't have a 5/125 option. Time went up with miles and all the premium care options are 10 years

Personally, I don't need the miles. Probably do 10/100 or 10/85

I think you are reading the chart wrong. The top tab means the coverage, but it is not limited to the numbers in the column below it. You can choose any one of the tabs for coverages and the grid changes to reflect the cost. For instance, I picked premiumcare, and chose the 5 year and 125k option, which is $1,545.

If I changed the coverage to "Basecare", the 5 year/ 125k option is reduced since the coverage is less:

Thus, you click on the top tab to select the coverage and then pick the appropriate slot on the grid for your choice of years/miles.

@Granger Ford if, and it’s a fairly big if, I were to Whipple my 5.0, installed at dealership, does the ESP cover the Whipple? Or does it just have the standalone 3yr/36k coverage?

I would look at their website. It is extremely straight forward. You put in your vehicle information, then select the type of package you want at the top. You then pick the mileage and length of warranty by clicking on the choices.

CA and FL are the same.

As long as you have access to an address out of these states, you can use that address to purchase it. There are a number of threads about doing this but it is easy and you do not even need to receive mail at that address, you just need to use it.

If you have an out of CA address try using that state to do your search.
