OTA BCM 24.3.0

Received this update last night and the message says it installed correctly. It was a passive entry update.

Issue is the tailgate won't open from the tailgate. It will open from the remote, from the dash switch, but not from the tailgate button.

I take it I need to restart the BCM but it's frustrating that OTA updates didn't incorporate that reboot or something is wrong with the update.

2024 update, doesn't match the number of the update going to 21-23 trucks OTA. ?‍

Checked NHTSA and don't see it listed so might be new.

I don't think so. I've been meaning to add a tab to the excel for the 2024+ trucks. I need to do that before a lot of updates are released making it difficult to backtrack.

I locked and unlocked the truck via the remote and now the tailgate works.

I have snapshots of all the updates I received so far, which is 3 that I am aware of.

Someone else mentioned this update couple weeks ago with a 2024 that was in early access. Might be going to the masses now.

This also explains why there was an NASTF login required for the FDRS update.
