BCM programming procedure

What was resolution on this? I’m experiencing similar troubles. I installed new bcm in a truck I’m working on cluster lit up before but with new bcm my ipc never lights up. IPC just shows fault codes for B108e. I’ve been through all dash connectors and bcm connections looking for corrosion or any damage to anything and can’t find any problems. This is the first 25 that I have worked on. Bcm programming was way more involved than the 22 back 250 350 trucks that I’m accustomed to.

After waiting a month for a ford engineer to be assigned and never getting one, and the dealer refusing to work on the truck till ford got involved, I trailered my truck off their lot.

got it home and began troubleshooting to find the BCM power feed wire rubbed through on the backside of the passenger front felt wheel liner. BCM was barely staying on and was shutting off during reprogramming/diagnostics. Dealer missed it. Messed up a bunch of modules and spent the entire weekend running module recoveries and updating software lol.

so yeah, BCM power wire rubbed out on front passenger wheel liner. Repaired and been good since
