Looking to check my OTA history please. I haven’t had an update since that B&O audio update a few months back that ruined the audio. Curious to see if I have any updates that are failing. I keep getting the update icon on my infotainment screen but never any new updates. I’ve made sure my battery is charged and WiFi is connected.

Last OTA was a PCM update back in mid April. What you are seeing is a phantom message and you can ignore it. Resetting the APIM may make the message go away.

You won't see any of the 6.x.x updates. You did them all already.

Truck is on Sync 23159 which is just one version behind the latest and shows a pair OTA's he got recently. It is not reporting any codes that I would be worried about. What exactly are the issues?

Truck is on Sync 23159 which is one version behind the latest, so it's not terribly behind. Last update it got was for the GWM in April. Modules with pending updates are below. This list does not show a few APIM, GWM and TCU updates you still need to be fully updated as well as an IPC update.

As per the attached SSM, there is nothing you can do about the weird issues with Sync and phone connectivity. I just posted on the 7G Mustang forum. As per usual: the fix is coming. Soon™.

The only thing I see out of whack is that your truck is consistently reporting low battery voltage codes. A bad battery can cause all kinds of issues on these vehicles.

Hi can you please check mine. I had some failed OTA because of battery issues. Randomly get trailer break fault with no trailer. Also random crash detection alert. Replaced battery not sure if they came thru or not.

Can you look this up? Truck wasn't updating or giving the option to turn on updates. Dealer just installed a new apim I believe and got it to version 145 which from what I can tell is where a lot of them stall. They said it was all good to go. I told them keep working on it and let me know when it is up to date.

@rugedraw now that my truck is fixed after almost 6 months, I have a void in my days that I usually spent badmouthing Ford on social media and fighting with the Ford Customer Experience specialists about a buyback... Are there some new updates in FDRS that can break my truck again and bring back the memories of having a broken truck to fill that empty void? VIN is 1FTFW1E13MFB77676

lol No, you're only showing door and seat module updates pending. If you want to break something, just PMI the IPMA with no power supply on it. Your dash will light up like a Christmas tree in July. ?‍
