I haven’t received the update either. I’ve been checking for it almost every day but I know sometimes these updates roll out slowly to some people. I’m not sure if calling Ford and giving them your VIN would speed the process up at all but I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to call and find out.

Yeah it’s been super frustrating. I’ve been patiently waiting for this fix to come through so I can get my audio quality back! Right now these phantom updates have just been a tease

I believe it is random. Or at least it’s rolled out in phases. I haven’t received the update yet either. I keep getting phantom update notifications and checking to see if it was installed but no dice yet.

Sorry, just got done working a 12 hour night shift and didn’t think to check the spreadsheet first lol. Thought it was just released because it installed last night. Seems odd I’m just getting this update now?

Received priority update 23-PU1009-SS-NS last night. I have a 2021 F-150 Lariat. Haven’t had any issues so far but then again I’ve only driven it about 20 miles from work so far.
