Appreciate it! Looks like it is still reporting some of the same codes yesterday. They just finished ripping the harness out of the truck and replacing it to attempt fixing the problem.Unbelievable, man. Here are the past 60 days.
6 months? Not according to your OTA dashboard. Last OTA's were 24-PU0223-VI-RBS and 4.2.4 before that. Are there any OTA updates pending for mine? Got like 5 last month now nothing.

I see no indication they ever hooked your truck up to FDRS. The code your truck was reporting before is still there, but after looking a bit deeper, it does not have the bad byte that require the CMR to be updated, so that is fine. Not sure what they mean by the bluetooth module or what they are talking about FDRS saying do not replace it.So just got my truck back 1FTEW1E84MFC46741 and they say they see issues with the blue tooth module in FDRS but they say it states "do not replace" So I am puzzled. Can you pull this up for me again?
Thanks!
I am not sure I understand. And I assumed FDRS is what they used to lookup my VIN. Can you show me what your seeing? And how do I update CMR? Or what do I ask for? I think my dealership I am using is not all that helpful. I am half tempted to goto the other dealership on my side of town and see if I can get a better experience. I just want to get this Bluetooth disconnecting all the time sorted and the service advisor says since it's not dyeing consistently, and he saw something on my VIN when he looked it up that said some module was disconnecting but that it stated there is a known issue and to not replace the module I am puzzled how I sort this out. He told me to wait till it disconnects consistently and they can troubleshoot, but that there is "not a fix at this time" as it said "do not replace module" in the screen he showed me that I incorrectly assume was FDRS.I see no indication they ever hooked your truck up to FDRS. The truck was reporting low battery voltage codes to the server, but it also reported some other codes that could be responsible for the issue. The SSM and TSB referenced by those codes require the ABS module to be reprogrammed and updated. They see the same things I can see, so as long as the tech updates the ABS, you should be good to go. According to vehicle history, they have not worked on your truck yet.Hi. Can somebody check my truck for me. I started it the other day and received many warnings - service advance trak and ABS to name just a few. Plus tailgate wouldn't open and parking brake would not engage. Truck started fine however - Ford recommended it be towed in. They have had it for 4 days and all I have been told is that the battery needs needs replaced (supposed low voltage however I never received any prior warnings of low low voltage). They say there is another issue that they can't find yet. I'm starting to lose confidence.......
Thanks in advance.

Oh, you're talking about this (see attached). Yea, the bluetooth issues are affecting everyone. There is nothing you or anyone can do about that. I use a wired connection instead of wireless and it works much better that way, but I still get random glitches. If you switch to wired connection, go into your phone settings and set it so that the phone itself prefers a wired connection when it is available.I am not sure I understand. The only OTA in your history is 24-PU0223-VI-RBS in late April and it is believed that OTA is a step in correcting an issue where vehicles on Sync 23159 like yours stopped getting updates. Hopefully you get more sooner than later.can you look me up? 1FTFW1E8XMFB83486
1) Yes, it should as it specifically calls for updating the ABS.Thanks. Thay told me last Thursday that they were checking wiring for some type of fault.....
That's the last update I got. I had them call the Service Manager at home on Saturday because I was not getting any updates. Hoping that triggers some prompt actions on their part......
1. Would addressing that TSB correct the parking brake and tailgate issues?
2. Do you think the battery need replaced or just charged.l?
