Is the 21G01 procedure still the same now that there is no expiry (2073 was the date) date shown? My bluecruise was never fixed properly even though they said it was. I was waiting for warmer weather to try the procedure but one of the 6.x updates got rid of the expiry date

It never worked. They tried the 21G routine but it wasn’t successful. I would add I have a job1 2021

Those kind of post are so disappointing.
That 2021 Job1 is fixable, and should have been.
You should be complaining about waiting on BC1.4, not 1.0

Does your dash show the mileage on your truck as 12345 or do you have the decimal 12345.6?

Never mind. You got 6.8.0; so that's not the issue.

@Fox146 Checked your truck and history thoroughly. I suspected it was a minor config issue and after checking with the resident guru, that's all it is and a very simple fix if you have FORScan. Do you?

I sure wish I could have some good fortune with my truck! Think I’ll try another dealership next week and see if I can get them to do the 21g01

You will havea hard time getting a dealer to succeed. Your Issue is IPC software. Back when they tried before they never did the second half of the IPC update.. and Ford for whatever reason pulls the second half.

You are still needing several updates along with the IPC. IPMA, CMR,CCM,PSCM

I bought the truck last May and found this forum. I find there is lots of good members on here willing to help and the great majority of the conversations here are productive. Too many other forums are just full of negativity. Most of us have had ups and downs with our trucks but I like the fact that as a group we can discuss issues and sometimes solve them.
