Can someone help me check ota updates please. My truck is a 21 and the APIM was stuck, unable to be updated even though FDRS. APIM was swapped, now everything in FDRS send up do date. Still not getting cameras while driving, bed view card, or unreal theme.

Can I please have my vin checked. 21 just purchased at a dealer. And when setting everything up I found this. CarPlay is connected WiFi is connected. I’ve put about 1k miles since I ve owned it in the last month. Have added attachment seems like it never downloaded completely.

I've got a buddy who owns an auto repair shop. He took my vehicle (2021) to update it for me. I can't seem to get any OTA's and the dealer won't seem to perform ALL the updates. I'm guessing it is not showing codes or they can't replicate all the quirks that I experience. My buddy called and said that he did not have the correct software. Isn't there a couple day access that you can purchase? How do you go about purchasing this and should I do this? I'm sure this is something they do all the time, I'm just curious what he did have that was not the correct software and why he didn't have the correct software.

My truck is reporting partial failure of 2.7.4, which I have received successfully in the past.

It failed because it was a duplicate update. You got it on 12/1 and they resent it to you, so it failed because it was already applied.

Dealer seems to have done everything right and you are on the latest Sync. Maybe you need to activate the features with FORScan. The unreal theme for sure needs to be done with FORScan.

Truck is missing the 6.x.x updates, but your issue doesn't sound like a missing update problem. Maybe the button itself is messed up? Have you tried the dealer yet?

No OTA history and your truck is on Sync 22082 which is close to two years old at this point. On the surface, I don't see anything wrong with your truck that would prevent you from getting updates. Seems to me like crappy luck with the OTA process. I would recommend you explore the FDRS/Mongoose option to update it yourself.

I see your truck was reporting low battery voltage codes to the cloud up until yesterday. The vehicle has not been started today to report anything, but I do see they reset the BMS through FDRS, so I assume they charged it before doing that at that is the procedure.

I had my truck at the dealer for a week while they tried to get the blue cruise reprogram done. After a week, they said everything was updated but they couldn’t get it working. I can tell the software has been updated but I don’t have blue cruise or lane keep assist.
Can someone check if this can be fixed with an FDRS update?
