Just picked up my 2023 Lariat PB and would appreciate a check against my VIN 1FTFW1ED0PFB94286

You had two OTA's sent you to on 2/24.......6.1.0 and 6.2.0. Somehow, the server sent 6.2.0 before 6.1.0 so that one failed, but 6.1.0 went through. You just gotta wait for it to be resent now. No way of knowing when that will be.

The truck is on Sync 23159 which is only one version behind the latest. OTA history shows some failed updates due to the OTA trigger expiring since the truck was not started while the OTA was in the queue. Hopefully the updates you're missing get resent sooner than later, but the truck itself is fine and getting updates.

Thanks for the quick update! Is there anything I can do to help get the OTA? It says it wasn't started whilte the OTA was in the queue...I thought the truck isn't supposed to be started except 30 minutes the day beforehand? Any clarification you pros might have would be greatly appreciated. I'm really looking forward to trying BlueCruise 1.2 lane switching.

Not much. Your VIN was run through PTS 2 days ago and again today. They were looking at wiring diagrams for the headlights. This could mean they are physically working on it with their hands which would not show on my side. That's what it looks like to me.

Appreciate it! I think it might be time to build a '24 and contact a lemon law lawyer at this point.
