Hey @rugedraw can you please check mine, I recently added the 360 cams upgrade and changes my 23 IPMA to 21 IPMA, am sure I am back years now. Not sure if its even gonna show you the updated part but nonetheless, would appreciate your help.
ALso last update I got was in November.

thank you for info, the error msg on ford pass is Pre-Collision Assist Not Available and it hasnt cleared it self.
I've replaced the battery with the H7 that i took out of my 21. after monitoring the battery i noticed that when i shut off the truck and walk away, something is drawing power and it brings the voltage down to around 11 and i hear a click and the voltage goes back up again but obviously the battery is now half drained by w.e it is. I'm assuming this is a thing with all trucks since almost all f150s have battery issues. know of any modules that run after truck is shut off ? proximity sensor?

I hear my truck making clicking sounds after I park it all the time. Do you have anything aftermarket plugged into the car? Lights? Radar detector? Dashcam?

Last OTA you got was 6.4.0 back in December and nothing else has been sent since. It is difficult to say if the IPMA swap you did will cause any issues whenever you get an IPMA update sent. Did you buy the IPMA from a vendor that ensured it was properly configured to your truck or did you do it yourself?

I did it myself. I got it off ebay and it was from a 21. I copy pasted the as-built from my 23 and everything worked alright. Then just applied changes from a 23 which had 360 package and matched the changes from as-built downloaded from Motocraft site.

Could you check if you can see all modules with available updates? I am going to rent a cable from someone in Canada.

I can check FDRS for you later when I am home and have my laptop. In the meantime, this is what PTS is showing and there is an IPMA update showing which is good.

Hard to say exactly. You're on the latest sync, but the IPMA will take 2.5-3 hours alone. Please note the PSCM and IPMA are chained together, so don't start either one unless you have the time to see it through. The rest of them are pretty quick. I would say 6 hours max unless more pop up with FDRS once you actually connect to the truck and it syncs up with the mothership.

OTA history is below. Last power-up you got was 4.2.4 followed by a few priority updates. The 6.x.x string of updates are next for you.

Ok... another newbie question. How do you know when you got an Ota update. Sounds like people can tell from info in the truck. I'm getting ready to buy the programer because I have so many problems in my 21 platinum!! Can't believe how many things can go wrong. Hoping an update would help. Just miled out of warranty!! Of course.

Your OTA history is below. There is no way to know when they will send you one, but when they do, you will get a notification in Fordpass (sometimes) and your truck will have an icon pop up in the top right corner of your touchscreen that indicates an updates in in queue.

Your truck is reporting low battery voltage several times per drive to the cloud. The battery being in good shape is hella important in these trucks; particular the high end trucks. The more bells and whistles, the more modules and the more having a healthy battery matters.

First thing I would recommend is to fully charge your battery and reset the BMS once the battery is topped off at 100%.

These are some of the codes your truck reports when you drive it. From all those codes, there are TSB's that stick out to me which I have attached. I am not sure what the issues you have are, but these may help point you in the right direction.

Truck has not been touched since I last checked it. No codes reported since it has to be started to talk to the cloud.
