Can someone please check both FDRS and OTA for me?

My dealer told me there are no updates that need to be installed and I'm not buying that. I asked them about the transmission update multiple times over the last two years because it shifts like poop at low speeds, and they always claim there's nothing.

OTA update situation is weird, always worked fine until October when it randomly reinstalled an old 2.x update shortly after installing 6.1.0. After that I seem to no longer receive messages in FordPass.

Suddenly, this week, it installed an update while I was out to dinner even though I have updates scheduled for 2AM. At that time it said it was 6.2.0 that it installed. The next day it said it was 6.3.0 and my radio/sync display wouldn't work even after multiple reboots (randomly came on 30 minutes into my drive) even though I had audio.

This morning I noticed that it says it installed 6.4.0.

Thanks!!! Looks like I am still quite a ways behind but maybe it will start catching up now that its hammered through 3 in a week.

Looking forward to seeing that FDRS list, I'm wagering there's a very long list and if I want them I will have to go the Mongoose route if I want to get them installed

Sounds like the TCU config issue to me. There's an OTA being sent out to fix this, but it will only come in by wifi to people affected by the issue. You have not been sent the update that fixes this yet. If it is what I think it is, you will need FORScan to fix it. Stand by and I will get back to you.

Thanks! I have Forscan USB up and running on my laptop, so if I need to do anything with that, I would just need to go with the extended license. Let me know what you find when you can.

A week ago, I replaced my battery after topping off the charge and reset my BMS. Would you mind running my vin again and telling me how my battery status looks now as well as what update I’m on and what I might be on the lookout for? Hoping the new battery helps!
