friendly reminder. That’s what I can’t figure out. I did all the available FDRS updates last week, then got Powerup 4.3.2 a couple days after, which seems like it’s way behind.

Last week I took my 2021 F150 Powerboost truck to dealership because I got an error that said "STOP SAFELY NOW" and truck wouldn't turn on. I feel like they didn't do anything to it and thought maybe you could confirm some how. I dont know what the issue is. Today my truck gave me the same error and I had it towed to dealership. Maybe you can send me screen shots or let me know what you think.

The codes your truck reported are below. In this case, there are not TSB's or SSM's that PTS ties directly to the codes your truck threw. Vehicle history does not show the truck has been hooked up to FDRS for diagnosing yet.

No OTA's since October, so we can't blame that. Your truck is reporting an IPMA code that has the attached SSM associated with it. I would ask the dealer to take a look at it. I don't see anything else on my side. Screenshot of the codes being reported to the cloud are below:

PTS only shows a DSP update pending. I can cross check FDRS for accuracy later when I get home.

Good afternoon, @rugedraw. Could you please give me a PTS DTC log for the past 2 weeks on my truck? I think my headlight problem is going to turn into a fight with the dealership and Ford so I want to have as much documentation of the issue being reported from the truck as possible. Appreciate it!

I would be curious if it is still not covered by warranty if the dealership had the bedliner sprayed in.

Requesting a lookup on behalf of someone else. Basically he was stuck on the “blank” version, and automatic updates were unable to be turned on. He took it to the dealer who swapped the APIM but only left it at 21146. Obviously there are likely tons of updates available, but are any scheduled OTA? Also, can the FDRS log be shared showing what the dealer actually did?

First of all, tell them they look really cute together in the reflection.

All they did today was the PMI for the new APIM and they seem to have done it right. In theory, he is able to start getting updates now. It will be a VERY long time before the OTA process gets him anywhere near being up to date. Now that he is out of the broken Sync software, he is a prime candidate for FDRS'ing his way to being current.

@Slappy McGee You're only showing a DSP update. Ford has to release the next GWM for you in order for you to be able to get fully updated.
