Check the DTC in the CCM. It's likely it did not calibrate as you thought. If it says not calibrated, go through another calibration. Many of the DTCs may be due to the fact that you have ACC enabled in the Driver Assistance menus but it's throwing DTCs because it's not available. In fact, if you press the cruise control button while driving right now, it will likely say Adaptive Cruise Control not Available on your instrument panel. For some reason, I had to calibrate my CCM twice. The first time it seemed to calibrate and it took only maybe 10 to 12 minutes. But it didn't actually calibrate. When I calibrated the second time, it took somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes and was successful. Prior to the successful calibration, I also had a bunch of DTCs. You need to drive over 30 mph and try staying in your lane and follow some traffic. It may have given up rather than calibrate the first time.
Additional: I looked up the DTC in the CCM and it says Initial Configuration Not Complete. Do it again. https://forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3192

Well. ACC is working. Still error codes though. Still no backup cam.

You’re still getting DTCs from the CCM. There are now two, B1433 and U2100. B1433 indicates a misalignment of the CCM. Did you go through the leveling procedure on the CCM? The leveling procedure involves parking the truck on a level surface. Measure the surface for level, not the truck. Once you’ve determined the surface is level, you then need to check the CCM for level using the adjustment screw to make it the same as the surface the truck is resting on. You can use a level app on your phone to complete this procedure. First check the surface with your phone then place the phone on the front flat surface of the CCM module and adjust as necessary. Then run the calibration of the CCM once again. Afterwards, check for DTCs in the CCM. If it cleared, you should just show the presence of the CCM but no CCM DTCs. The backup camera is another issue, probably related to a connection issue or mis-configuration of the IPMA.

I'm just about to add it since I discovered it the other day. Hard to say though since you have a 22 so I'd be curious if it works in yours right away. 23s have the latest IPMA software while 21-22s are just about to get updates right now, so hard to say if you need latest versions in both the APIM and IPMA or what the minimum requirements are there.
Hey @superfordman , I now have PSA on my menu and have enabled it via slider however, I cannot tell much of a difference in how the system works. Maybe I don't drive in a way or where it makes a difference. I did notice that the system no longer adjusts for the yellow suggested speed signs i.e. on exits from 65MPH Freeway. I guess, what does PSA do for you or what is it supposed to do for anyone with it?

I meant to take a video of how it acts but haven't had a chance to yet, but will try to. The main thing is does is slow you down to the speed limit sign (including your tolerance) right when you cross the sign. So since I have a +5 tolerance set on mine all the time, when I got from a 65 down to a 55, pretty much about the time I pass the 55 sign, I'm already down to 60-61 give or take. Versus before it wouldn't even start to slow down until I pass the 55 sign and it saw it.

It doesn't change anything on the opposite/speed increase side, it won't get you up to speed as you cross an increasing speed sign. It will act the same in those cases, and wait until you cross the sign, TSR changes then you speed up.

It is really nice for me where I travel on highways all the time that go from 65 down to 45/35 through small towns all the time, where cops love to hide out and speed trap everyone right after the sign.

I changed 7D0-09-05 to xxxx xxxx 2x--today and did not see a new menu choice, so I guess that means I don't have the latest APIM software update yet. On which menu will I see PSA when I get it? I was tempted to change the APIM back to xxxx xxxx 0x-- but there were no DTCs and everything else worked as expected, so I decided to leave it for now. However, if I put the truck in Drive and it goes backwards, I may have a different opinion about leaving it ?

@johnhbrandon , maybe an APIM reset after the change and verify it stuck. Then try looking in the Cruise Control Menu.

I should take some of my own advice... wait for it. Like I said, I made the PSA change and shut off the truck and waited for a few minutes and went back to the Cruise Control menu but it still showed only Speed Sign Recognition. This morning, I was going to reset the APIM as suggested by @ReverendQ but when I went into the Cruise control menu, it now shows exactly as your photo above.

Which brings me to my next question. Under the Driver Assistance menu, when I click into Speed Sign Recognition, it only shows Speed Warning, but no way to turn off Speed Sign Recognition. Is this correct? Before PSA, in the Cruise Control menu, the choice was Speed Sign Recognition on/off now replaced with Predictive Speed Assist.

Speed sign recognition under the assist menu is only the speed limit warning feature, its annoying so just leave it off.

Under cruise control menu SSR(IACC) is now replaced, one-upped with PSA

Thanks for the clarification. Now I can't wait to test out PSA on the road to get a feel for the improvements. I'm not sure this will address the issue of charging up behind a slow or stopped vehicle, but it sure would be nice if I didn't have to endure heart failure when I'm traveling at 60 and there's a vehicle going 20 to 30 right in front of me and my truck seems to wait until it's 4 car-lengths away before slowing down (a.k.a. slamming on the brakes).

Ya, I doubt it will change that at all, it is really only a smarter way it adjusts changing speed limits, not how it detects vehicles in front of it. Mine does the same usually, so in cases like that I need to intervene unless I want to get a suprise.

@johnhbrandon , I think I saw PSA work once or twice where the truck slowed down but unfortunately here in South OC CA I don't have good roads or a stretch of highway to really test. Most times I try there ends up being a car in front of me slower than setting or sign :| I have not seen it work on slowing for turns/corners either. Anyway, please do let me know your experience.

Ironically I believe the perfect road to test is in Ohio near where i grew up, the State Route 256 between Pickerington and Somerset has those local yocal speed traps @superfordman spoke to earlier, and even a "dead mans curve" and highway turn. Any Buckeyes reading this please try PSA on it and let us know.

For everyone curious, here is a video of how PSA acts when there is decreasing speed limit signs. Like I say, my tolerance is set to +5 and usually by the time I cross the speed sign it is about 2 mph above that but then does slow down to my tolerance right after that as it decreases speed. Keep in mind, I'm not touching the brake at all and the truck is doing its own thing.
