Post a pic of your "about sync" screen on your touchscreen so that @Jesse-Infotainment can take a look. It does not seem like the dealer was able successfully PMI the new APIM they installed. They tried twice and it failed both times. They also tried to update the APIM and that failed. With what I can see and my knowledge, I cannot tell if the APIM is properly configured to your truck or not. It goes well beyond my scope of knowledge.Hello!
I had the Sync module replaced several months ago and was told to finish the updates at home via Wifi. I have never received an OTA, which is what led me to the dealer for a replacement in the first place.
I find it odd that my sync says “saved f-150” in the screen when I start the truck now.
Either way, looking for OTA information.
