Temp went above 60 so I installed my Tufskinz tailgate lettering with a little assist from a heat gun to help set.

I installed one on the driver’s side next to the running board to reach things towards the back of the bed. Contemplating moving it or getting a 2nd after seeing this!

Finally got around to installing the better looking rear stone guards.

My daughters catalytic converter already got hacked out of her Tucson so we've already lived the pain in the ass of paying for one...

Wanting to level my 2022 F150 Limited (BlueCruise, CCD and onboard scales) but my dealer is not finding much information that works with all the tech options the Limited has. Anybody figure this out?

Finally had time and decent weather to give it a hand washing and a quick interior wipe down. Nice not having to look at tons of dead bugs on the front of a white truck. I have some Xpel Ceramic Boost coming that should help with cleaning. Between getting the rims ceramic coated last year and having a Powerboost, I'm surprised how well the rims stay clean compared to my last car. I'm sure things would be different if I towed or hauled stuff all the time.

I find that even without ceramic coating my rims stay far cleaner far longer than my wife's explorer.

If you don't mind me asking, do you have the sport rims? I haven't ceramic coated mine because I'm worried it will mess with the matte/satin finish(which I like)

It must be the nature of the truck then!

I have a Limited so it has the chrome 22's. I'd imagine there's videos on YouTube or hopefully someone on here that could answer the question about rims with a matte or satin finish. That would suck to apply it and it changes the look that you like.

I agree, which is why I haven't do it.


As to it being a truck thing. It is with the powerboost. Regenerative braking means you use the mechanical brakes a lot less. I have to assume the brake pads and rotors will last forever on these trucks if you use that system efficiently enough

Honestly, I don't get a lot of brake dust with my 5.0. Maybe they've just improved brake pads that much. ?‍

Could they be using metallic pads?
I was watching something recently about brakes and the suggestion was something about them being worth the cost, with better longevity and less dust.

I don't know, its just a blip of a memory.
