Jesse, this module was installed at factory, replacement for physical damage.
I just had another ford product roll in and IDS was unable to program that CCM so now I'm really starting to think it's something on their end. I was able to use as built data on that one though. I haven't figure yet in fdrs how to manually input the as built like in ids.

You can’t in fdrs.

Run a config rather than the PMI.

If it’s new it should be at the latest software

The ccm should end in AL

If so run the config only and calibrate you’ll be good

Here are a few other Target State of Charge settings you can try if you don't want to take it to 95%

xxxx xx05 00-- = 80%

xxxx xxx05 50-- = 85%

xxxx xx05 A0-- = 90%

xxxx xx05 F0-- = 95%

xxxx xx06 20-- = 98%

xxxx xx06 40-- = 100%

Oh man, for a minute I thought this was for the hybrid battery (only goes between 40-60%) and I was getting really excited. Alas, this is for the 12v battery.

yup I changed mine to 90% since I work from home and don’t drive the truck every day.
