I've got Alexa on board and that option shows disabled for me. Not sure exactly what that does

No such luck. Also forgot to mention a reset of the TCU and GWM was done as well.

Maybe Alexa got mangled in the install? Kind of like Securi-Alert I don't NEED this but it's frustrates me it's not working.

Same here. Im still workign to get it fixed. Me and tonesto are looking into it. All night last night

Does Alexa show up somewhere in Sync? Is there a button for it? A setting? I don't even know where to look frankly.

In the settings tehre will be an alexa tile you select it and select activate and QR code will show
