Yea, I had a little birdie (Iceman) tell me about it a couple of days ago and I hit FDRS up to confirm. At the time it wasn't listed.
I'll go take another look. Thanks Jesse :)

I'm tempted to just leave the truck be though for a couple of reasons.

1. It's so perfect! I know this one is only a couple of months old and still low mileage (2500). But it's just so flawless. Spectacular. No glitches of any kind and even the drivetrain is smooth and the OAR stays pegged at -1 and it rarely ever pulls timing (KR) regardless of the dreadful oem shift strategy.

2. I'm curious if/when Ford will make its first attempt to OTA the truck. Surprisingly Ford hasn't tried to OTA the TRM update that was queued up before the truck even left the factory. So if there's now a second update (IPMA), maybe I might get some OTA action? Lol
I had an IPMA update pop-up for my 22 F-150 Powerboost. Applied the update, with the Mongoose cable it took exactly 2.5 hours! I had to re-calibrate ADAS as well as 360 cameras, not that it was needed after update, but I have nuked off the IPMA learned values, which has caused shit-load of DTCs and dash light up like Christmas tree. But after re-calibration, the truck runs perfect. BlueCruise keeps the truck in the lane dead-center!

As of yesterday I still have not had that IPMA pop up.
I wonder if the Job2 2022 had different IPMA software version? Here's what mine is currently

I will compare it to mine and will let you know. It is likely your truck is already on current version

I have a 2021 job 1 PB Limited, I updated my truck with FDRS a couple of months ago and activated BC, as of last weekend I was still completely up to date in FDRS and SYNC is 22095 Rev 421, I got a FordPass notification that 2.7.3 failed to update. I'm pretty sure Im passed 2.7.3

I turned off automatic updates this morning.

That's actually the same version on my Lightning. But the part number is a bit different. My part number ends in "-FAG".

Folks, I made a slight update the the USB update guide. It was brought to my attention, that if you name (volume label) your USB drive anything longer that 11 bytes, chances are your truck will not recognize it. This is due to exFAT limitation. It's likely this has been discussed here before, but now, I have added this into the guide in post #2.

Long story short - don't name your USB drive as "John's Updates", simply name it "Updates" or "FDRS". Hope this helps!

Thanks to @Big Dog Daddy for discovering this problem

Lol... His truck definitely hasn't been perfect!
He had a leak in his heater core and a bad sender unit in the fuel tank.

Yeah, Ford definitely tested his patience.
But I think he's claiming ALL is well with his truck now.
He deserves it too.

Has anyone seen an update for the APIM on a 2021 PB JOB 2 yet? I've recently applied a couple of GWM updates but still have not seen a single APIM update. My truck is still running v4.0.21136 Rev 134.

Yeah, I definitely went trough some rought time with this 22MY truck. First, I got a exhaust heat exchanger (coolant) leak, not even 1600 miles in, the dealer impounded my truck for a month, then another month (total 60 days) waiting for the part. Once that got fixed, my fuel sender arm broke off the fuel sender unit and I had no fuel indication on my TX<->Florida (roughly 2600miles) round trip. I had that fixed as well, since then, I really don't have any issues with my truck. Knock on wood!

I have recently installed a generator outlet on my house and connected my truck to it (its a PowerBoost with 7.2kW Pro-Power Onboard) and was able to power the entire house (except the A/C units), and honestly, that really made my day, even forgeting the hickups I had with the truck at the beginning. Its an amazing vehicle packed with technology, when it works, its a joy to own it!

Thanks for being a good sport.
I don't fault those that get soured, but I regret if it costs them the enjoyment of an amazing vehicle after the problems are solved.

I really would like to have the generator connection for my house. I have had 2 different electricians out and when I try to explain about the bonded neutral they get a blank look on their face.

Has Ford done any update to put the dash blinker lights back where they belong instead of the extreme upper corners? I hate that they moved after the Blue Cruise updates.
