The code is the same for each software, but only use FDRS. Did you also make an account on motorcraft? That’s how you log in.
mine went inthe shop for a day. Was told they were doing the BlueCruise update and the trailer software recall. They said the BlueCruise update failed twice so they couldn’t do it. Its bad when you can’t rely on your dealer to fix recalls. Then they clearly flat out lie and say they updated it to fix the recall. I doubt they even tried to do the BlueCruise update because they parked the truck in their back lot for 7 hours before they even touched it.just a fair warning they probably didn’t do your TRM software either. I think this whole module corruption, OTA problems and trailer module delay is most likely attributable to a bunch of Ford IT folks working from home for two years. Everything is totally screwed up.
