I was given an early Christmas present with some factory Lariat leather for my seats. I was intimidated at first then I watched the video and man it’s easy. I did both seats in about 2.5hrs.
eBay and it’s exact to my Lariat SD. The only thing that was different is the seat bottom cushion on the XLT has one blue plastic clip running across where the Lariat covers are all Velcro so there is one seam that is unattached. Doesn’t seem to affect it visually so I’m not going to sweat it.
I still have a few things to do but that was huge on looks. I’m going to get the center console lid recovered soon to get rid of the brown.

Looks good.
Just did my XLT also and still can’t believe the difference and how easy it was even though I had the rear seats to do..

I'm glad you got these now. I can't imagine how much higher (price-wise) they will become in 2025 with those egregious tariffs!

I did the console and interior a few months ago but couldn’t find a pic of the cloth seats after I did that. I still have to change the lower airbag panel under the glove box and decide if I want to tackle the pillars and headliner. I wish I would have started with a tan interior and swapped all the tan out as it has all black to start with. I have found a VIN from a regular cab that’s race red with tan I’m using for parts sourcing.

I’m curious what those cost and where did you get those? Are those Ford factory leather covers? I’m assuming they were sold by a dealer, maybe on eBay taken from a new vehicle?

Same as above, they are factory takeoffs but looked brand new. Cost 230 on eBay.
The only thing is the seat bottom middle seam is Velcro on the leather but the clip style on the closets so the middle seam isn’t secure but it’s not affecting the look or feels any different from my Lariat seats.

Got mine from this eBay seller and he sent a link for a couple of videos to watch and they were spot on. I did the rear seats to get a feel for everything. Mine being an XLT there were some differences but after a month they still look great.
