Mine has no carpets, just vinyl/rubber floors. Mine is an XL, but I believe it can be spec’d on any trim level. At least that’s the case with Super Duty’s. Carpet isn’t fun to try and keep clean on the job site
I knew it was an option for construction companies, my friend drives one, but I guess I just assumed it had to be ordered through special order or whatever.
So your truck probably beats the crap out of all of our towing limits huh? :)

I fix software bugs!
They sell trucks with no carpets?
It's said already, but yes sir, just never ever use Armor-All on them... the floor looks nice but man is it slippery ? I had a Tacoma for a bit with no carpet, It's a wonder I can still walk after that :D

I did that to a work truck once. It looked so good, but no one drove it for weeks lol. Like you said, it was actually dangerous!

Many many years ago I 'detailed' my father in law's truck with a big bottle of Armor All..including dash vinyl seats, steering wheel clutch, break and gas pedal..

I wish Ford would offer more factory options for the single cab short bed..Only available AS a XL but fortunately for me standard equipment is perfect for the really important things. 5.0 3.73 locker 12" dash AND screen cruise power locks window tow hitch and cloth seats. Looking at some of the INCREDIBLE single cab builds here I know I can basically add other 'factory' options if I want to. That would be leather seat covers (including the console) even the 360 camera system! But after some basic mods to make it mine I am sure I will be very happy and satisfied with the New XL. Since I haven't bought new since 2015 (Honda Fit) the rapid price increases on newer trucks went below my radar and especially with Granger Fords killer deal a single cab F-150 XL seems like a real bargain.

Loving my XL. Added Katzkin, and leather wrapped steering wheel. Audio is in. all I really need. May someday add 12" OEM screen from @Jesse-Infotainment , but so far has suited me well.

I wish there were more options as well for the RCSB. I’d love a carpet option, or even a sport package would be cool with the black interior, body colour bumpers and maybe nicer wheels. Hell, you don’t even get adjustable lumbar in the XL. But at least most of these are easy to change/add after the fact.
I’ve already got parts to add a leather steering wheel and lumbar support, as well as changing the center jump seat to include the extra storage up top.

I would imagine if you added up the number of electronic parts of all kinds in a XL short bed and compared it to a minimum XLT trim in a Crew or Super cab it would be significantly higher number.. It's one reason I'm thinking price jumps so high and quickly in higher trims. Actually the cost increase to go to a 8' bed in a single cab with it's 36 gallon fuel tank is really small! I believe we only have 2 or 3 years at most before the single cab is not offered at all.
