Not a big issue, but one of those little annoying things you notice especially with these damn cowls lol. Is there anyway fix this? Drivers side is lifting up slightly where it isn’t sitting flush like everywhere else, it’s only on this side. (My fingers showing it pressed down).

Wanted to see if anyone had any ideas? I don’t think this worth a dealership trip lmao.

Mine did that on the driver side but that was because the service dept. did a crappy wiper recall and didn't reinstall everything correctly. The whole driver side cowl AND the wiper were all not re- installed completely. Had to do it all myself. However my wiper gets knocked off alignment from time to time. I always have to reseat it a couple clicks. Anyone got some how-to info to fix that. Screw the service depts. I'm over wasting leave to have them constantly re-fix what they screwed up the first time.

Yea so it seems between parts being sub par and inadequate work being done.

Annoying that a 70k truck cowl warps in the sun. Someone could make a killing with a aftermarket product that would maintain the factory shape.

What are the odds that I can get it replaced due to warpage that creates gaps for debris to fill in

I had the one on the passenger side replaced a few months ago and now realize that the one on the driver's side also is warping up.

On my MY22 XLT , that rubbery piece at the end near the antenna stays popped up. I've tried to push it down, but it immediately pops back up. Now, I largely ignore it.

My 2021 has had the same issue since new. Fuckin’ amateur lowest bidder bullshit.

My 2001 Lincoln Navigator’s same rubber piece is perfect over two decades later and after seven years of that in direct desert sunlight!

Manufacturers have forgotten how to build shit to last but never forget to raise their MSRPs after their costs go up.

The fit and quality of the trim and panels/doors on the F-150 is awful and the Ford Escape has better door and hood gaps, without any trim that you can fit your whole hand under like the laughable cowl rubber!

My '23 Lariat had a similar issue on the driver's side outer edge. I just pushed it in under the edge of the fender/a-pillar while it was still hot from the afternoon heat and left it. Sucks that we have to resort to these things....

I had the same issue along with the passenger side not putting enough pressure against the glass leaving wide streaks. So I replaced both wiper arms about 6 months ago for about $35. There's a redesigned version of both wiper arms that addresses both issues.

Info from my order in Feb. They are listed for the F250 F350 SD but they are a perfect fit for the F150 as well. Have not had a single issue since installing them.
