How much will the price go up on Job 2 orders with the Pro Access Tailgate (PAT)?

My WAG is yes.do you think the prices will go up on the vehicles that have the pro access tailgate as a standard feature with Job 2 order banks?
I agree. Job 2 builds have always been priced higher than job 1 in every other model so I don’t see why the F150 is any different. Look at the Bronco or Maverick. They both go up in price for job 2 (I’m sure the Expedition, Explorer, and etc. do too but I just don’t follow them). My WAG is yes.
It obviously adds to production cost, IMO it'd be a bit of a slap to Job 1 buyers if they pay the same as Job 2 buyers but didn't get it. The $ difference might be somewhat obscured by mid-year price increases affecting other trims.
And the only new feature is the Pro Access tailgate in the new quote?A Platinum 703A on Rapid Red, with a retractable tonneau cover and a spray in bed went from $87,785 to $88,095, so $310 more.
Ordered through Granger was changed to job 2 not paying any increases but will get all the benefits.I think that orders made after Job 2 starts will likely see increases. However, if you already ordered a truck during Job 1 and it gets scheduled after Job 2 starts (not scheduled before and built after) your price should still be fixed even though you get the tailgate. I doubt that is many people though unless you froze your order with the 99 Priority code.
Like getting to wait longer for the PAT? Is that considered a benefit?Ordered through Granger was changed to job 2 not paying any increases but will get all the benefits.
Nope. You can opt for the delete if you need your truck ASAP… I don’t agree with how things are being handled but yeah..Like getting to wait longer for the PAT? Is that considered a benefit?
