What sun shade do you have?

When I had my 2006 SRT-10 Quad cab I cut a bunch of old cheap ones to fit All the windows..We used the truck as a Band vehicle/changing room/ private smoking place/Rest area at outside gigs. Cheep and more importantly worked well. When I knew the truck would sit for days or weeks I would put them up to keep the BRUTAL Florida sun out..

Here’s mine. If I take someone it lays on the floor behind me. If I have multiple passengers I stow in the back on the bedrug under the tonneau. Easy peasy.

Covercraft for when I’m parked longer in the sun, and a pop out cover to throw up for a quick hot parking place.

The covercraft absolutely blocks more heat - and all the other windows are ceramic tinted.

Serious question: how does your $90-160 sun screen blocks the sun, or does a better job protecting the dashboard, better than my Walmart/Amazon $15 one? Mine covers the entire windshield and dashboard. Of course it's not custom cut, but still - it blocks everything.

WeatherTech shades for my truck. Yes expensive but great fitment on all 6 windows. Plus they are reversible so you can put the black side out for winter use if you live in cold areas to draw heat into the truck. They store fine in a large bag as the front and back shades fold, and you might even be able to buy a storage bag from them, not sure though on that.

No shade here. I had my windshield tinted instead - matches factory window tint on rear doors. I drive sensible. No issues with police.

A Ford covercraft sunshade was left in the rear flipped up seats of my used 2013 F-150 when I bought it and has now migrated to my 2022 F-150. It's a nice one.

These side window shades look great. How to they stay in the window?

They are cut so they just slot into the slight gaps in the trim. They are light but have some rigidity, so they just hold themselves in.

I have the Ford accessories one. It’s solid and fits like it’s made for the truck ?. Comes with a nice bag and stows under my backseat
