What is this wire harness/connector for in the front passenger door? It is not connected to anything currently. All other functions work fine on the door.

I think that is the control harness for the door mounted squirt gun, for those pesky neighborhood children in the summertime. Seriously though, I have no clue. LOL

Maybe this or for the 18 speaker B&O unleashed. It’s easier for them to install the same harness for trim levels and just connect what’s actually needed based on options/packages on that trim.
