Typically I just call it “the truck”, but sometimes when the wife asks what we’re taking I say “the blue one”….because we have two blue vehicles.

Different schools of thought on giving your truck a name...
My son and daughter in-law name all their vehicles for characters on Gilmore Girls, i.e. their Expedition was Babette.
My wife thought I already named this truck because we both say Patience but that will never fly once I get it.
Some think you can't name a car unless it's at least 10 years old.
Interested in feed back....

Slight change of answers: Wife got a new Mach-E, which she definitively calls "her car," defaulting the F-150 back to "my truck." I'm good with this.

My first new truck was a red Nissan Hardbody I named Yosemite Sam. Sammy for short.

The red PB isn’t small like the rootin’ tootin’ cartoon character, but he is Sammy II being red and all, so Samson cause he’s bigger.
