What did you do TO your F-150 today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Yeah I am going to do the 5k schedule from here on out. I just wasn't sure when it really had it's last oil change since I bought it used.

Yeah, for about $400 a year to do my oil changes every 5K at the same dealer with the same oil is the best way to go IMHO. Consistency is key with the 5.0 or for any F-150 engine for that matter. I bought mine used with 18K on it also. First thing I did was take it straight to my dealer and start from there. Everything Ford recommends by mileage has been done to date. If something goes wrong then I know it wasn't my lack of maintinence. Good luck with yours! Ford till I die!

Haven't done yet, but my finger is hovering above the 'Purchase' button for a set of 4 Cooper Discoverer Road+ Trail AT at Sam's Club. On one hand, at $244 per tire, it is too good of a deal to pass on. On the other, there is still some meat on my OEM Hankook Dynapro at 39K miles (around 4/32) and it kills me to spend the money when they are still usable

We got slammed pretty good today with a winter snow, so what did I do? I used the remote start via the Ford Pass (love, love, love this feature), as well pressed the 4A button.

This is from early in the day, before the heavy stuff started coming down.

Got some Method 703s on a Black Friday deal.

Put on 285/70/17 KO2s that were brand new take offs from my Wrangler Rubicon.

My truck came with a full size alloy spare, so I put the 5th tire on it.

I'll be selling the stock BAP wheels with the 34x11.5R18 Load Range C AT4W tires.

Just an observation. If your oil minder says you have say 50% oil life left, is your minder set at the 5,000 mile or the 10,000 mile interval??

I’ve been changing my oil, with synthetic, at 10,000 miles on 5 different vehicles for years. 3 of them have hundreds of thousands of miles on them

A BMS reset is no magic cure for a depleted battery, OEM or otherwise. There are good reasons why Ford instructs a BMS reset only when a new battery is installed.
