Where did you get the mirror caps from ? Ive been thinking of doing that for a while

Shop on eBay gets new caps from Ford, then sands them smooth before painting them. They turned out great, guy does good work. I was going to just have mine done but was torn between doing them agate black or atlas blue so I ordered these and kept my stock ones in case I want them done to change it up a bit.

Not sure, haven't seen another one in person. I don't see many rcsb running around near me, especially 21+ newer. Most are black or white, and a hand full or carbonized grey and antimatter.

I have seen one other 24 RCSB "in the wild" since I ordered mine in April. It was the carbonized grey. I'm not sure it wasn't the one I test drove before I ordered mine.

But that's it. Just one I've seen drive by or met on the road. The white on the Ford logo make them easy to spot.

Installed my sub and ran the wires. Still need to install the amp then actually connect everything.

Installed XLT console with sunglass holder into my XL. Took it apart first and added some red translucent tape inside to tone down those map lights.

Pull it down from the back. XL is held on with two push clips, the XLT has four. The very front of both are tabs that slide forward into slots. So don’t pull down at the front by the windshield, pull down from the back. It takes a solid pull.

Mine had one plug at the front, the wire was kind of short so don’t get crazy pulling the console away once you unsnap it.

Plug came out easy. Just press tab and remove.

Take to bench and flip it over. Start removing Torx screws, four from the XL, six from the XLT.

Lift off the black cover.

Do the same for the white plastic part and then even the circuit board. All size 20 and 15 Torx.

At that point you can get to the top or back side of those map light lenses and put tape or tint on them.

Go slowly because there are also a couple of small tabs that need to be gently pried back to get the parts to separate.

Overall, pretty darn simple.
