What are you doing for rifle storage?

I have run a Tuffy under seat box for an older supercrew. It was a 60% box as I had a subwoofer in the single rear seat.

Looking at options for safe rifle keeping.

I have a RC so I carry mine in the bed when traveling to competitions. I have a locking hard bedcover, but I still carry them into hotels overnight. I never liked the thought of leaving firearms in a vehicle long term.

I hold mine out the window just like the cowboys and Indians did. lol. Seriously zipped in a soft case on the floor. I may or may not have a Louisville slugger behind the back seat… wait. Just what kind of rifle are you talking about.

I hard case on the floor, too. The underseat storage is too flimsy for me and my State is so uptight about this topic in general that I don't want to even chance it.

There is likely never a situation where I would need to get to a rifle quickly in my vehicle and the only time I am transporting them is to the range.

Pelican case in the bed (I have a folding hard cover), or in the back seat area (covered under the seat as much as possible so you can't look through the window and see the tell-tale Pelican case) .... NEVER left unattended overnight, anywhere. On a road trip I don't even like going into a gas station or restaurant and leaving a rifle in the truck.

I had a Du-Ha bin. Came with rifle rack inserts. I say had because I just traded the F150 this week for a 2025 Ranger Lariat. Got too old (me, not the truck) and harder to park when I went into the city. Dang parking lot lines are too close.

Just curious where you got that tray from? I have the Console Vault (without the Ford logo on it) and would love to have a tray like that for small stuff. Love my Console Vault by the way.
