I just bought a new '25 2.7 non-PB XLT. Same issues. It's driving me nuts everytime I drive. When I go in for my next oil change, I am going to have them look at it, but I expect the same response everyone in this thread has shared...

It is really obvious in lower RPMs anything over 30mpg. I found a freshly paved road that was super smooth, and it was extremely obvious. There is an audible low-pitched grind/hum when the vibration occurs too. Super annoying
We are getting some extremely unseasonable cold weather for August, and this vibration is a lot less noticeable. Of course, it's the same time I had an appt with my dealer to look at this vibration... I'll report back if they are able to solve anything

Sorry to bring up an old thread but was this ever solved. My 2021 king ranch with 3.0L has the pedal vibration now. Don’t feel it when on cruise control but while on cruise if you just place your foot on the gas or brake pedal you can feel it.
Definitely odd feeling.
My '21 with that same engine has a vibration in the petal between 1300 and 1400 rpm. Dealership has replaced some injectors and rebuilt a transmission to try and fix it with no luck.

The service tech said I had a few communication codes that he reset. He took it for a test drive and said he noticed a very faint feeling, but it wasnt drastic enough for him to be able to diagnose anything. It was a mobile visit, so he said to bring it to the shop if it persists. I will do that next time I have time

Hey all,

I took off that felt skid plate the other day to see if that was my issue, and sure enough it was. I don't have any vibration in the pedal anymore. I think the felt material was just flopping around in the wind. So I plan to replace that with a metal plate to make sure the undercarriage stays protected.

Anyone have one they recommend that isn't a pain to remove when doing an oil change?

Interesting… I might try that also since that stupid thing is such a pain to remove and change the oil.

I removed the felt shield last night and the constant vibration is finally gone!!! I could see where it was flexing and starting to come apart from the wind. I still have a vibration at a certain engine speed that I need to track down next but this is like having a different truck now.

That is up to Ford and my lawyer now. I am still going after them for the insane amount of time my truck has sat broken at the dealership but I don't hate it near as much not that it isn't vibrating like I'm driving over rumble strips all the time. It was getting bad enough that it still felt like my foot was vibrating when climbing out of the truck after an hour drive.

Well I guess it was just coincidence that I pulled the shield off and there was no vibration this morning. My truck was back to being its normal pile off hot trash and vibrating the same as usual. Really wish this thing would just suicide itself and burn to the ground in a grocery store parking lot. I hate this truck!

Same issue. Took my 2024 f150 stx to the dealer for over a week and they of course couldn’t replicate it. As soon as I picked it up and got the truck to 45mph I feel a vibrating/grinding feeling in the gas pedal. No noise or vibration anywhere else in the truck. Just the gas pedal. And only between 45-50mph.
Just picked up my 2025 XLT 5.0 w/ 3.73s that I had built. 50 miles on the odometer now. Vibration/grinding through the gas pedal comes on around 38mph and fades around 48. It peaks at 42-43mph. In fact, I can tell exactly when I’m going 42mph. Really annoying since a lot of my roads are 40mph limited. Doesn’t seem like there’s a solution here. I’m trying all different drive mode configurations. I feel like the air recirc on lessens it, but maybe that’s placebo.

Curious if the vibration lessens/increases if you change the gear ratio but not the speed you are traveling?

(you would need to either be in manual mode, or lock out ratios with the +- button, or even just try Sport or Tow Haul mode)

I have had the vibration on the pedal for some time now, too. While out and about this morning, I experienced a bang, pop or something in the front end. I continued on through the parking lot to which I kept hearing a noise from the front axle as it rotatated. I put the truck in 4A, then back in 2wd and it went away. Last time I took it in, the dealer provided a communication from Ford that stated they are aware of the issue, but have no resolution.

I have a 24 PB and no diaper to remove and no idea how to proceed.

I tried this with no change in vibration. I’ve tried changing drive modes, as well as gears through M +\- with no affect.
