Vibration thru gas pedal

I just had both of IWE's replaced per this TSB https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-11002685-0001.pdf with the intermittent vibration returning immediately at highway speeds. The truck is back at the dealer now and they are telling me that they are replacing the entire electric drive side thinking that is the problem. I have no idea how or why that could be the problem.

after the second Hybrid Drive Unit replacement I've not had any reoccurance of the problem. I've put 1400 miles on since the second replacement.

I had a vibration in my pedal and it started happening from 70mph and faster. When there was a headwind, it would start lower. I then heard some light tapping and looked underneath and found the lip of the fiber engine cover had gotten outside of the metal shield. I pushed it back and the vibration went away. Not sure if this is the same as others but it fixed my vibration.
