Just to update the thread my truck has had pedal vibrations for over a year now. Better in the winter but was still there. Over the past week it has evolved into a full blown vibration you can feel/hear outside of the accelerator pedal, I also feel like my steering is mildly more sloppy at low speeds. I have an appointment with my local Ford dealer for Friday to get it looked at. It’s been duplicating the issue for a few days in a row now so my hope is they can replicate it. My truck is just outside the 3 year 36k warranty so honestly hoping it’s drivetrain related and gets repaired under the power train warranty. Regardless I told Ford about the vibrations a year ago when it was in for another issue, so hopefully they take care of me regardless. This truck has definitely had some issues.
Update?

Mine has the vibration issue too in the gas pedal.

'23 Raptor 37pp here. I've had a few issues including having the front passenger side shock assembly replaced @ 10k milesand a front passenger side axle replaced @ 19k miles due to a torn boot. I have adjustable pedals but I really don't think they are the issue.

I have 20k miles now and have owned the truck for a year now. It was the smoothest vehicle I've owned, no vibrations anywhere until the front passenger side axle was replaced at 19k miles. Now I get a rotational feeling pedal vibration at low rpms 1300-1800 under light throttle acceleration after 20 mph. It only occurs under light load but makes me want a new truck as i cant stand vibrations.

Logic lends me to believe it's an axle imbalance since this was the only thing changed. Dealer said they can't replicate problem even when I rode with them. It's unbelievable because it's so so noticeable.

Has anyone put proper balanced axle in to solve the problem? I'm willing to eat the cost if it fixes it.

23 Raptor should have EIWE and the axle shouldn't be spinning unless you're using 4a.

2021 F-150 Tremor
2021 F-150 Tremor I bought used August '23 with no noticeable pedal vibration. I had stock tires put on new when bought at 37K miles with no other mods besides a spray in bedliner at the same time and started to notice a pedal vibration soon after. About 1K miles later I started getting an intermitted grinding noise and after 2 dealerships, the IWE's were replaced (1 at a time because they couldn't determine if one or both were bad.) I had to duplicate the noise for them to replace the second IWE. Thankfully all under powertrain warranty.

I thought the pedal vibration would go away with the IWE replacement but it didn't. I have spent many nights scouring the internet for a solution. I've been under my truck trying to find any source of lose plastic or bolt but nothing. Putting vibration absorbing material on the gas pedal has helped little but some.

I had my wife start driving the truck for several weeks and after jumping back in it, the noise almost feels like a muted grinding noise along with the vibration. It comes through the steering wheel slightly as well. Has anyone replaced the wheel bearings and see if that is a fix?

Both of my 3.5's yup. 24' 5.0 nope. Never seemed to be an issue with both of my 3.5's. Years ago when I asked my dealership they said something about the mounting and adjustable peddles. With my 23' was the least of my concerns unfortunately.

Following up with my experience... sadly I dont have a solution or conclusion but thought I would share.

I am having the same issue and figured I would report in with my experience at the dealership. Truck details: 2024 Lariat Powerboost, 1500 miles, 502a, adjustable pedals, 2.5 inch leveling kit installed by dealer. I feel this primarily through the gas pedal... brake pedal seems solid as a rock.

Similar to others I get a high frequency vibration that at times almost feels like a grinding of some sort. Usually feel it the most around 35-40 mph but can feel it at slower speeds as well. Dropped it off at the dealership at first the misunderstood me (now sure how) and tried to tell me I was feeling the Lane Keep Assist kicking in and I told them it was 100% not that as I turn that thing off. They then offered to have me show up and drive around with a technician to see if we could replicate the problem. I drove first and immediately felt it so we switch to let him drive... he confirmed he was feeling the vibration as well but said it felt similar to some other trucks he has driven.

They then offered to let me drive one of the Powerboost they had on the lot... very similar truck... Lariat Powerboost, adjustable pedals etc. and sure enough I could feel the vibration, technician also drove it and confirmed it was similar. So that is where things ended and I took the truck home.

There is definitely something going on here and I hope Ford acknowledges it and finds a fix because its ruining an otherwise amazing truck. There are multiple F150 forums with people posting about this issue both on 2024 and previous years and I have seen Ford respond asking for VINs and additional information so they are at least somewhat aware of it. My guess is this ends in a recall... hopefully sooner rather than later. I am going to submit a complaint to NHTSA... if they get enough complaints maybe that initiates further review/investigation.

This and other posts affirm my decision to sell an F150 with 3500 miles on it at a significant loss a year and a half ago and switch to a Ram 1500. People have different NVH sensitivities, and I definitely lean on the sensitive side, but my F150 made me want to crawl out of my skin every time I drove it. It was soul crushing… not a trivial issue at all for me at least. I quickly lost confidence that Ford would acknowledge it let alone offer a meaningful solution. And I had a laundry list of other issues as well.

Someone somewhere knows exactly what this is! It’s crazy that all this time later, it’s still an issue.

On order ‘22 RCSB.
I hope this helps somebody.
I had a vibration with the gas pedal (non adjustable). Turned out to be my skid plate. Removed it and no more rattle/vibration feeling.
Mine was really noticeable when i hit small sharp bumps, so not the same that others have complained about. I only felt it in the gas pedal and very rarely on the floor board if i was looking for it.
Lifted one wheel off the ground then got under the truck with a rubber mallet and hit the tire while putting my hand on different parts.

In another thread people have talked about adjusting the hood stops to make a vibration go away.

i plan to get some rubber and isolate the skid plate from the frame before putting back on.

Best of luck.

Alright so I actually posted earlier in this thread like a year ago but I am back with more. My truck has had the pedal feedback/grinding for a couple years (2021 Lariat SCREW, 4x4, 5.0). It kind of got better this summer but still there a little, however I also have a gas pedal and steering wheel rubbing/feedback that will manifest itself at slow speeds (5-10mph) and/or when braking at low speeds. It can be slightly felt and heard as well although it’s faint. It’s not consistent. Reason I bring this up is it started with colder temps and i almost feel as if i have felt the high speed pedal feedback more lately. I tested the truck in 4 auto today and it seems to quiet the pedal up and eliminate the issue I’m experiencing while at low speeds although I need to put more miles with 4 auto to 100% say. This issue was also present in the spring and seemingly went away over the summer. Does Anyone else notice improvements when in 4 auto? I think it is the new EIWE system. I have already had 1 of my IWEs replaced under warranty and see other forums littered with talk about this same phenomenon . Thoughts?

Mine started doing this again recently in conjunction with the squealing from the left front that sounds like squealing rubber. I saw your other thread on that, BTW. Did you find a fix for that? I have tried 4A in regular mode, 4A in Sport, 2WD only in every mode, 4H in the snow the other day... nothing seems to fix this weird vibration when going slow and turning, nor does it seem to stop the squeal. I had it in last week for an oil change and was going to ask them about it but the noise managed to go away for that ONE DAMN DAY. As of now, best I can tell, this weird vibration feeling and the squealing are linked.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but was this ever solved. My 2021 king ranch with 3.0L has the pedal vibration now. Don’t feel it when on cruise control but while on cruise if you just place your foot on the gas or brake pedal you can feel it.
Definitely odd feeling.

I just bought a new '25 2.7 non-PB XLT. Same issues. It's driving me nuts everytime I drive. When I go in for my next oil change, I am going to have them look at it, but I expect the same response everyone in this thread has shared...

It is really obvious in lower RPMs anything over 30mpg. I found a freshly paved road that was super smooth, and it was extremely obvious. There is an audible low-pitched grind/hum when the vibration occurs too. Super annoying

Same issue. Took my 2024 f150 stx to the dealer for over a week and they of course couldn’t replicate it. As soon as I picked it up and got the truck to 45mph I feel a vibrating/grinding feeling in the gas pedal. No noise or vibration anywhere else in the truck. Just the gas pedal. And only between 45-50mph.
