I swapped out my ESOF transfer case for a Raptor TOD transfer case.

Your parts list looks plausible assuming you only want the standard TOD t-case, you're keeping your eIWES, you have no e-locker, and your build date falls in the ranges listed below. If you're build date falls outside of the ranges listed below, but you are using these parts to keep your eIWES, the list should still work but it won't be a configuration that Ford offered from the factory.

NL3Z-14B596-CB
10/12/2020 - 11/15/2021 4X4 2 Speed Transfer Case With Tod, Rear Axle Less Limited Slip Diff

ML3Z-7E453-P (TM377)
07/22/2021 - 11/15/2021 4X4 2 Speed Transfer Case With Tod, Rear Axle Less Limited Slip Diff with eIWEs

ML3Z-7A195-AK
From 10/12/2020 TOD Transfer Case; 2.7L. F-150; TOD Transfer Case; 3.5L; w/o 4HI-LOC; w/o Hybrid. F-150; TOD Transfer Case; 5.0L

You will need to run a PMI on the TCCM using FDRS if you buy a new TCCM. If you buy a used TCCM there is a chance that everything will work properly without running a PMI, but it may still be needed. If your TCCM sets a P064F code, a PMI is needed.

If you need to run a PMI with FDRS, use the method outlined below that allows you to run the PMI on your TCCM even though your VIN won't match the VIN you manually enter into FDRS.

Start by connecting your J2534 to your laptop, start FDRS, manually enter the VIN of the truck you ordered parts for, download the TCCM PMI, hit run TCCM PMI, and only connect the J2534 cable to your OBD2 port after the progress bar appears on your screen. Let the PMI process run until it is complete.

Where can I get the FDRS software and the J2534 cable?
I have forscan and the connector for running that.

Is there a way to verify the transfer case is a TOD from the number on the side. I’m looking at a salvage part ML34-7A195-BG.

Turns out they really are a superior offering. The more I learn about the Raptor, from the steering wheel to the transfer case it's just a great truck. That's a used '23 still looking good.

I just checked a few different ford parts places online. Searched that part number and got no results. They probably replaced that part number with a new one.
You could ask you local dealership or call ford parts. Personally I would just call for parts. I have not had any good interactions with my local dealerships (all 3 of them.)

The 4 can be swapped for a Z like ML3Z-7A195-BG. Instead of posting random part numbers, why don't you post your truck's details and what you're looking for then you can search parts accordingly. Hybrids use a different part number than the rest of the trucks for some reason. Haven't seen anything specific as to why they do, but they do.

I’ve checked with the local Ford dealer and they can’t help. They only show the Ford part numbers not engineering number on the transfer case.
I’m looking to install the TOD w/o Hi lock, into a 2021 eco boost XLT.

Here's samples to gauge how to read ford's parts

ESOF - Not hybrid

TOD - Not hybrid

These are the Ford part numbers, but these numbers are not shown on the transfer cases. My XLT has a transfer case number ML34-7A195-AF, ESOF. What I was hoping for was a number or sequence of numbers that would identify a TOD when picked up at a salvage yard.
