Well, they’re also on Tremors. But I can see the value in creating a utility package that includes them like the bed utility package.
i forget about f150 tremors
just irritates me to no end,
the upfitters in super duty are very very useful and i used mine in al my super duties since 2006

I was thinking about doing this. As I received my switches but the overhead console is on Backorder with no ETA but I don’t even have the harness yet so I’m waiting at the moment

I have. Saved about $150 plus the right one is on backorder with no ETA. I can send pictures when I get my truck back hopefully soon.

doing the switches leaves the big interface out,
the super duty and others have the junction box already wired and installed with pass through in the firewall, thats the ticket. its wired in to the whole truck
i have looked at doing a set in the wireless charger cubby .

One, the dremel would likely look terrible, but two, the switches are held in place by a molded piece of plastic that is different from the non-switch panel. I surmise you could find a way to hold the switches in place, but honestly, the panel I bought was $400, and well worth the few bucks. My only regret is I went cheap and didn’t buy the panel that includes the sensor holes in the slats, so I may end up ordering that panel and selling this one.

Mine doesn’t look terrible. I can definitely say it could look better but that’s on me. I’m going to give it more thorough work over once I get my truck back.

Another weekend passed and still no word on the harness. On another note stopped by the collision center while working and saw my truck in the back parking lot. Untouched. They’ve had it since the 24th. I do not understand some business practices but oh well. Hopefully by the time that is done the harness will be on its way.

I was responding to the question about drilling out the entire hole for the 6 switches. It would be done, sure, but to get the hole perfectly centered, and then correctly supported would take a lot of effort.

drilling the holes in the slots for the vent…maybe it’s just me but unsure how I am going to make those look factory.

Which file set did you buy?

Let me know, I may be interested in buying

Oh I did not realize that. Yeah it would be hard to try to implant the switches.

I don’t know about that. LOL I was sitting at the airport refreshing the webpage until it popped up. If you are first I bet I‘m second. LOL
We might be way further than we thought. He finally posted on Instagram he’s down to the last few being shipped.

Interesting... I know they are selling through other performance companies/shops, I wonder if they got the majority of them. He does specifically say vendors and dealers see the email they received before the pre-order post for guidelines. That would not sit well with me.

Just checked and I don't see anything coming from UPS or Fedex. I need to check my mailbox to see if anything has arrived.

If you don’t have informed delivery from USPS make sure to sign up. I don’t see anything in UPS or FedEx either. I’d bet it’s coming USPS though.

Just got an email that my overhead console is off Backorder and will be here today. And boosted posted on Instagram saying he has 42 or 43 left. Still nothing on that but at least got an update.
