I wouldn't count on him sticking to a ship date. Be prepared to wait...

I haven’t heard anything. I’ve reached out to him asking some questions and never heard a response from him, on various platforms. I get he’s a small business but had it not been for others praise of his work I wouldn’t have given him money. My truck just got dropped off for body work after being hit in February so I’m not too upset they weren’t shipped yet.Anyone get their order shipped from boosted yet? I was also sitting there refreshing and had my info all ready lol. My order actually says it was filled at 5:00pm when it was launched exactly. Took me about 10 seconds to order feels like haha. Cant install yet anyways as my overhead is on Backorder with no ETA
Is he bad about that? I will never understand people who give a timeline they know they can’t reach then silence after it’s passed. Makes it seem sketchy. Something as easy as a social media post “these are taking longer than I anticipated” really shows a lot to me.I wouldn't count on him sticking to a ship date. Be prepared to wait...
Post pictures when youre done please! Id love to compare to mine. Finally got my upfitter panel. Now the surgery since I went with the non-interior alarm thingy option.
looks like about 5-10 mins with the dremel should get it done.
interesting that ford went like a plastic melted rivet for part of the panel, making it neigh impossible to simply swap over the parts.
unaure how that is better than a few molded clips, which the panel also has.
I think I am too much of a perfectionist. I do not want to dremel from the front as I don’t want to risk damaging the plastic facing the cabin. So I went with a sanding bit to remove the plastic material from behind the vent slats. That process is tedious as I don’t want to remove any matieral that could damage or be visible from the cab.Post pictures when youre done please! Id love to compare to mine.
If I had a way to get the proper depth consistently I would have gone from back but I was afraid to dremel at all. I used a cheap set of small files to get all the material out. I need to smooth out the slots with a high grit sandpaper it’s just beyond tedious for me.I think I am too much of a perfectionist. for the sake of time I simply installed with only two slats opened, and I am not liking the results thus far. I think I am going to have to spend another hour or two and go buy some finer dremel bits.
unsure if I am going to do that or place a backorder for the correct part with the open slots and the felt liner to hide the openings like the factory one.
anyways, the switches are awesome. I spent a few mins just flipping them after reinstalling!
I haven’t seen a 2023 superduty interior yet. The 2022 was still the old style. Was wondering whether the superduty set up works....
No word as of yet. I’m a little disappointed but the man has contributed a lot to F-series trucks for aftermarket OEM level solutions. I’d reach out to him but my truck is in the shop for at least another few days so I’ll wait through the weekend.Has anyone gotten any info on the hardness shipments? Not a fan when businesses post dates and miss them.
I saw the new Super Duty video that The FLT put out and noted the gray upfitter switch panel. Fingers crossed all the wiring is similar. This will be a much better color match and hopefully cheaper than a raptor take-off.@Henfield @Snakedoctor The 2023 Super Duty trucks will have the same overhead console with upfitter switches as the F-150. This is a couple examples in gray but you can bet that it will have a black version of this too. First photo is from the press release and the second is a screenshot from this youtube video.

Well, they’re also on Tremors. But I can see the value in creating a utility package that includes them like the bed utility package.that looks much like my 21 super duty did
i still dont understand why f150s these switches are not part of some package other than raptor??
