So I never had this issue pror to the update and received the update a couple months ago. This morning I stopped at the car wash to get all of the salt and grime off the truck. After paying, I pull forward and roll up the window. To my surprise, this occurs. Of course, there are now multiple vehicles behind me and the only way out is through the car wash. I try unsuccessfully a few more times and begin to mildly panic. Fortunately, right before pulling in, I was able to manually stop it without it coming back down. I am wondering if a recent update for something unrelated reintroduced this problem.

Mine seems to have resolved, or maybe I just haven’t been putting my windows down because it has been cold and snowing lately. It was really annoying, especially when it happened multiple times in a row. The car wash would probably be the least pleasant place for it to happen.

I'm another one with a 2023 who never had this issue until this update. Pretty much every time I put the window down it happens now. I did the bounce-back relearn procedure and it still happens.

I had rugedraw pull the module update list for my truck recently and both DDM and PDM are out of date, so it seems like there is newer software than this OTA update had. Maybe eventually they'll send it out as a new OTA update.

I just had this fixed at the dealership a couple weeks ago. Didn't know about this thread or would have chimed in sooner. They said that they reset the module to get it to stop. Hasn't done it since, but I still don't trust it. LOL

I have had this happen multiple times with my passenger window. I've gone through the reprogramming multiple times. When I get my oil changed I'll have them look again, hopefully I get an update that will fix it, it's annoying AF

They had to link my up to a computer to fix it. I would call ahead because they won't do anything during a normal oil change visit. Ask me how I know.

They have to schedule in a tech, so you need to get a spot reserved.

I have to come back to my favorite thread. I think I have had 2 updates to fix the window issue. It was good for a while. Now it bounces back down again, and won’t roll up automatically anymore, so that is new. Come on Ford.
