blue cruise fiasco?

Recently (December 10?), the blue cruise maps expired for a number of folks. Ford didn't do a particularly good job sending out map updates and/or subscription extensions in a timely manner (or at all?), resulting in many people not able to use bluecruise even though they should have been able to. Twitter isn't a page. You would just be creating an account that I assume you would use to post @fordtrucks to get their attention. Your followers would like and retweet to increase exposure of anything you post @fordtrucks on.

You may or may not want to hide your identity via this account.
