I have been getting a message in my ford pass app:
"Check 12 Volt Battery. Your vehicle's battery monitor indicates that soon your battery may not be healthy enough to start your vehicle."
Of course the dealer said it tested 90% healthy and 80% charged and told me literally, "we don't know why the app is giving you that error."

So far, my 3.5 YO MY22 PB's battery has functioned quite well. Original H7 800 CCA battery. The truck was delivered to me in Feb 2022.

My original H-7 2021 Job 1 truck, July '21 build lasted until yesterday. 12.5 V, with 770 CCA as tested at the dealer service bay, however, the truck would enter deep sleep mode after being taken for a long drive, and OTA updates would download, but not install at 1am due to deep sleep mode. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the original H-7 with a brand new FoMoCo H-7, and my 6.5.0 and 6.8.0 updates installed overnight. As @Snakebitten and multiple others say, the 12v battery SOC has to be almost perfect for all the software to download, install and update.
