Talked to dealer about a transmission fluid change with and without filter change

AutoNation Ford in Frisco seem pretty good. Only been there once for an oil change but they found an issue I wasn't aware of with the battery. Oddly enough I got my truck from Grapevine and it was issue after issue.

I do not use flushes. In order to get to a complete swapout of transmission fluid it takes a lot of time. A drain & refill is the best way in my opinion. If you do a change of fluid in any way, the filter should be changed.

Thanks Ham. I've tried researching service feedback and ratings on all DFW Ford dealers, that are all different depending on the website that I view. I have a hard time knowing what to believe and greatly appreciate firsthand recommendations from fellow forum members.
