The simplest solution I can think of:
Reverse into your garage when coming home and drive out forward in the morning ?
on a more serious note, a number of things that can also lead to brake screeching:
- glazed discs or pads from heavy braking or brake riding (e.g. one of many articles: https://sunstar-braking.com/blogs/news/glazed-and-confused)
- contaminants inducing grooves in pads / rotor surfaces (rotors may need machining, pads replacing)
