    I just received my 2022 F150 Lariat Supercab. This is the third SC I've owned. The first was a 2007, second was a 2016, and now the 2022. All with the 6.5' bed and silver in color. Perfect size truck for me.

    What the OP describes is common; especially if the vehicle has remained stationary long enough for the rotors to flash rust.

    I've always used 87 for the five years and 41 K miles that are on the truck. Overall mileage at 27.x as figured by computer and by hand. Yeah, I drive like an old man. The truck has been flawless. I'll add that the truck has never been used as a truck, never pulled a trailer, or hauled over 500 lbs.
